From the little book *Why Am I Afraid To Tell You Who I Am?* I`ve learnt I don`t need to react to the appalling behaviour of some people..why would I allow myself to become emotionally involved and spoil my day, my energy and peace of mind because someone has an unpleasant nature they wished to share with me at any given time. I recently experienced this on a personal level and I`m sure the other person believed I didn`t value myself enough to respond, what really happened was they devalued themselves to the point their words meant nothing to me so I had nothing to respond to...there is another lesson in this, just because someone`s hackles are not raised doesn`t mean the other person has got away with being unkind for me it just means I no longer feel connected to that person...With love, Lyn x

MANIFESTING now this is a popular word for the now...my friends aRE manifesting, another has created a sucessful training on the subject...and it is a wide and diverse subject to boot...so, what can I tell you about today's card...what I have noticed more and more of late is when I do not create a scenario about a situation in my head life runs very smoothly..eg, I had to attend a hospital appointment recently, out came a nurse to a very busy waiting room to apologise for the 45minute delay as the Dr was running late, I listened without judgement then went back to my book, the next thing I knew another nurse appeared calling my name as I was due to see a different Dr..I`ve found this has been repeated over and over again with different scenarios happening in my life...try it for yourself...you`ll be pleased you did, With love and blessi
To-day is Sunday and as they used to say a day of rest.
So if you have time take some of that time for yourself. Sit or lay quietly, place yourself into a meditative mind set. Remain quiet without interacting with the monkey mind (don`t worry if you are distracted, frequent practice will help you with this) Now ask your healing guide to step forward and come closer to you. Ask for their protection while you remain in this state for healing to occur. When you feel settled ask your healing guide for you to be healed in mind body and spirit for your highest good... Be careful of what you ask for ..eg, when you ask for patience remember you will be sent situations where your patience will be tested so you can learn patience...get it? I have never seen a more perfect poem, written in the saddest way. "I destroy homes, tear families apart - take your children, and that's just the start. Signed DRUGS, Anon As our summer draws to a close it`s so easy to get into the habit of rushing home after a long day to turn on the TV settle in a chair phone in one hand while the remote nestles in the other...until it`s time for sleep then to start it all again the following day...and before we know it spring has arrived at our door beckoning us to come outside to play...where did those winter months go I hear you say...did we make the most of them watching nature changing it`s seasonal colours..feeling the wind upon our cheeks..watching children running splashing in the rain..there are so many wonderful experiences winter can bring us it would be a shame to hibernate these months away...Bless you, Lyn x
So the time of RESENTMENT has passed and now we`re into learning PATIENCE ..to be patience with all IT equipment that is fixated on driving us crazy, to be patience with every delay in our day, to be patience with every little irritating habit that we notice around us...breath, remember this is all coming from the universe to help us overcome our negative ways...love it, live it and be grateful for it..With love, Lyn x
