I listened to a training webinar last evening and the main point that came out of it for me was FOCUS, meaning for us not to scatter our attention here there and everywhere but to really FOCUS on where we want to be in our lives...And guess which card I pulled just now...haha! FOCUS

FREEDOM..so what does this card have to teach me...When I free my mind from all chattels and emotions about this and that problem, disappointment, messy situations I can feel my body becoming lighter, my vision clearer and generally happier with more vitality, wow, I can feel my heart swelling with love to give and receive all that the universe has to offer ..I must remember this when I wake each morning because if this is how life can feel everyday then I for one want more please..Loving the Universe and grateful for all the teachings from so many people..With love, Lyn x
FORGIVENESS - now this is a word I have real difficulty with. I forgive myself for my past mistakes as I knew no other way to deal with the situation or event...but to look to forgive another person does not sit well with me, if I have to forgive you this then spells the end of the road for any type of relationship we may have shared, so I see it more as an acceptance of the other person, yes, I accept and understand why or what was happening between us at the time of the dispute, to understand we are all different and that we have our up times and our down times and in those down times may not respond in the same manner as we would when we are in our up time. And if I really don't wish to accept I will still accept the other persons behaviour but I will move on as its impossible to be liked by everyone as know not everyone will like us, we accept some will resonate and share their love as we will with them and there will be other's where the differences are to big to be that close..we wish no one harm just a separation of energies that are out of balance with our own. TRUST is such a big word but without it we live in the shadow of who we are..we miss opportunities, adventures, love, deep and meaningful relationships..is the reason why we don't trust because we don't trust ourselves? With love, Lyn x
