We have our path to walk in this life where we have agreed to many experiences good and bad to manoeuvre through so we can evolve as spiritual beings. ABSENT HEALING
Distant or absent healing as it can also be known is where healing energy will be directed to a patient who is unable to be in the company of the healer.
Healing either in person or distant will go to where it is most needed in mind or body at the time of the healing. You may feel there is a particular area which needs healing and would want the energy directed straight to that area or emotion, I would not recommend this practice, and I'll give you an example why. If for example, you have a painful knee and energy was directed to that knee, and the pain disappeared, but the problem was in one of your hips you would find quite quickly after your session the painful knee would return.
