Sit or lay quietly, place yourself into a meditative mind set.
Remain quiet without interacting with the monkey mind (don`t worry if you are distracted, frequent practice will help you with this)
Now ask your healing guide to step forward and come closer to you. Ask for their protection while you remain in this state for healing to occur.
When you feel settled ask your healing guide for you to be healed in mind body and spirit for your highest good...
Be careful of what you ask for ..eg, when you ask for patience remember you will be sent situations where your patience will be tested so you can learn patience...get it?
