The word for today is TRUST...Iv'e realised anxiety is created when we lack confidence in our own decisions which then makes us fearful of making the wrong decision (people pleasing) when we come from a place of peace we have nothing to fear or to be anxious about...wen we speak our truth from our heart centre without fear of repercussions our words come from a place of love.
