Just for today give yourself 5 minutes of silence. Let everything about you drop away, your past, your future, your problems, your hopes and desires, your expectations, your shoulds. By spending this time in silence, you will reset if only for those 5 minutes your default button back to when you were an innocent child when you didn't have a care in the world. Bliss. Just for 5 minutes, you will be able to turn back your emotional clock. Of course, you can repeat these 5 minutes of silence as often as you wish to gain a better understanding of who you are. Try it. You may be pleasantly surprised at how these 5 minutes of silence help improve your future. With love, Lyn x

There is no such thing as the right or wrong time. When you are ready life will present the right people, doors that were closed to you will open. Your creative mind will jump into action so your inspired thoughts can become your reality. When life needs to be pushed the energy around you will be heavy or sticky, when life is a trial there's something that needs to change so your energy can be free once more, maybe it's to let go of something/someone from your past, could you be holding onto a wrong you felt as a child that is keeping you stuck in past negative energy? Do you have regrets? Remember there is no need to regret anything, the information you had at that time is where you were coming from when you did or said what you did, time and wisdom are here now to help your future you, and without your past, you wouldn't be who you are today.
So let's take a moment to breathe deeply and at the same time give thanks to all past and future events an people who have and will help and support you on your journey into your future. With love Lyn x RECEPTIVITY - This is such an important lesson that I teach it as often as I can. To truly listen to someone is the best gift you can give them. When we listen while formulating a response, we are not actually listening to what is being said. When we listen with all of our being we come from a place of compassion and empathy. When we keep our head busy creating our response while the other person is still talking we miss so much of what is being said, it's the same as writing while listening, the two don't go together, we miss key words, inflexions. Of course, we can listen and write at the same time, we do this all the time, but, do you notice a difference when you don't, when you give 100% of your attention to someone is there a different connection between the two of you, do you "get it" more. Try for today to simply listen to those who talk to you. By remaining in the moment see if you feel any difference at the end of the day. I bet you 'get it' before bed tonight...
With love, Lyn x THE FOOL ... when people take advantage of you, and you still continue to trust and trust again you are not the fool, you are a pure conscious being who will not be sullied by other peoples dishonest behaviour. Let them be the fool in thinking their behaviour is not being noticed, even if you don't see what they are doing immediately other people will see who they really are before you. Nothing we do goes unnoticed by everyone and certainly not by the universe. A cheap gain only brings a moments pleasure whereas when we work from our heart for everyone's benefit, that moment lives a lifetime. We all have choices, and I know which one I will choose again and again... With love & Blessings, Lyn x
