I've woken today with a sense of BE-ing. What I mean by that is I am in touch with me, conscious of my actions, thoughts, feelings, even the air around me has a quality about it that I can feel on my skin.
I've noticed Mindfulness is playing a big part in our lives. Is this due to us being safe in our beds, no bombs, no earthquakes to unnerve us causing us to care for our neighbour, reaching out to assist those who are suffering. More people are suffering in silence than are happy to share their worries and concerns. Being mindful allows us to bring calm/peace and tranquility not only to us but to those around us keeping us all safe and secure in out mother-love for each other and with hope in our hearts the mindfulness we share reaches out far and wide across the earth.
