Just for today give yourself 5 minutes of silence. Let everything about you drop away, your past, your future, your problems, your hopes and desires, your expectations, your shoulds. By spending this time in silence, you will reset if only for those 5 minutes your default button back to when you were an innocent child when you didn't have a care in the world. Bliss. Just for 5 minutes, you will be able to turn back your emotional clock. Of course, you can repeat these 5 minutes of silence as often as you wish to gain a better understanding of who you are.
