Did you realise every day with every connection we have, be they relationships, business connections, situations or a material object to name a few. Every time we connect with someone a cord it sent out connecting us either heart to heart (love) or heart to solar plexus (anger, fear, anxiety)
The heart to heart connection is to and from our loved ones. These cords we want to keep it's the heart to solar plexus cords that sap our energy, the ones that transfer negative energy to us from dysfunctional relationships, angry people whom we have nothing more to do with than being at the brunt of their bad mood.
How we deal with these cords is to have them cut by Archangel Michael.
Find somewhere you can sit quietly. You may like to close your eyes. Place your focus on your breath. Sit with your breath for a while feeling, sensing in and out breath. When you feel settled either silently or aloud ask Archangel Micheal and to draw close to you. Ask him to wrap you in his blue cloak and to use his sword to cut all the cords that no longer serve your highest good. Sit for a while to give him time to cut all the unwanted cords.
When you feel every cord has been cut remember to give thanks for his help. Those in spirit always enjoy being thanked just like we do.
This exercise can be performed as often as you feel you could benefit from doing it.
Notice any difference in yourself, do you feel lighter, brighter, more joyful?
