It`s My Quagmire!

Family and close friends have taken up a large part of my mind recently, on reflection I`ve seen how sadly when we`re in breakdown mode making sense of our own minds is not always the easiest thing to do...so we end up running on low energy, not seeing life as it really is, feeling overwhelmed and succumbing to whoever has the stronger energy though desperately trying to resist all the time so we don`t drown in our own quagmire of lack..I have seen over recent days beautiful people suffering at the hands of another, being made to feel trapped, isolated, victims when really their not, but why is it we remain in that low state when we have all the tools at our fingertips, even some who we feel should `know better` but yet still get drawn into the negativity of others, is it karma, habitual patterns, or low will, when we all have our own free will..why is it we loose our power at certain times in our lives...
So my wish for those of you who are suffering at this time is.....
I call upon the highest source of light to send the purest of healing rays to you that your internal pain should it no longer serve you to be removed for your highest good...with love and gratitude.
