For those of us who have been going through a rough time, we must try our best to remember that even in those difficult times we can celebrate our being here and to see the good in everyone and everything as they also have their own troubles to deal with.
And it`s ok to let off steam to release the pressure valve and to stand our ground when feeling threatened, abused or taken for granted, we`re not expected to stop loving ourselves just because someone else decides they want to burden us with their troubles.
