Reiki l is the beginning of a Reiki journey where you learn to self-healing along with plenty of practice with family and friends.
In this course, you will be aligned to the Universal Healing Energy for the remainder of your lifetime.
You will be instructed in a 21-day self-healing practice to awaken your healing power.
You will learn the Japanese techniques as taught by Dr Usui
You will be attuned to the Usui Reiki Level l Usui Reiki First Degree energy you will be able to give and receive Reiki energy to yourself and others.
You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating yourself
You will learn Reiki hand positions to treat others.
You will have plenty of time for Reiki practice.
You will receive a course manual and, on successfully completing the course, a qualification certificate for Reiki l.
